A trained mediator and collaborative lawyer:
Barbara Landry has sought out mediation training as an alternative to litigation beginning in 1997. She has been trained as a mediator for the Superior Court in New Hampshire, and volunteers to mediate civil cases. She has also had extensive mediation training through the City of Nashua and Alternatives Mediation training in Keene, NH. Barbara Landry is a trained collaborative lawyer, using her skills as an advocate, together with her mediation skills to offer a cost effective and non-litigation approach to family law issues

Experience Litigator:
Barbara Landry has an extensive history of taking divorce cases to trial in Hillsborough, Rockingham, Merrimack and Cheshire Counties. Although litigation is not the preferred method of resolving disputes between individuals, there are times when it is the only alternative. In the event the case must be presented to the court as the ultimate decision maker, Barbara Landry has the knowledge and experience to present your case in the most favorable light, with an emphasis on being efficient and effective, keeping unnecessary costs to a minimum.
